Bigarrure, 2020

Description:

Winemaker Notes:Bigarrure 2020 is made from direct-pressed Riesling which is blended with whole bunch fermented Pinot Gris.On the nose, it\'s a real aromatic affair almost similar to the smell of mead, a mixture of honey and beeswax, with some heavy green herbs.It\'s festive, round, greedy, with a slightly unctuous side balanced by perfect acidity and foamy bubbles.
