Bombisch Ros NV

Description:

An electric sparkling rose from Alsace, France. Bombisch is an Alsatian term that translates to the bomb or explosive, reflecting the big flavors and intense nature of this wine. A brief period of skin contact, as well as some time aging on the lees lends texture and a layered complexity to this highly drinkable blend.
