• As functional and sturdy as classic butcher blocks but twice as beautiful, these rustic-meets modern cutting boards, each bearing the distinctive Van Winkle crest, are handcrafted by Louisville artist Jason Cohen, who transforms retired Pappy Van Winkle bourbon barrel staves into purposeful works of art. This large square version is a staple in our kitchens.

• Dimensions

  15 x 15 inches

  Care Instructions:

As the natural wood of the bourbon barrel stave used to create this cutting board will dry out over time and use, we suggest periodically applying food safe mineral oil with a dry cloth, towel or sponge to maintain the care and luster. Rinse with mild soap and warm water and dry immediately. Never soak the cutting board in water and minimize overall exposure to water. Not dishwasher safe.
