Cardrona 3 Year Just Hatched Single Malt Whisky 375ml

Description:

Introducing \"Just Hatched\" - a special natural cask strength bottling that marks a milestone moment for Cardrona Distillery, as we celebrate reaching the age of 3. This exquisite blend is a harmonious marriage of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, carefully selected to showcase the unique character of our distillery. From the first sip, you\'ll be transported to the rugged, mountainous landscape of New Zealand\'s Southern Alps, where our pure Cardrona Alpine water lends a distinct mineral flavour profile to the whisky. With notes of borage flower honey and vanilla spice, this whisky delivers a weighted spirit on the tongue that\'s a clear indication of the adult whisky to come. Distilled in two Forsyth copper pot stills, \"Just Hatched\" is a testament to the passion and dedication that goes into every bottle of Cardrona whisky. This limited release bottling is the perfect way to experience the early stages of our whisky\'s maturation journey, and is sure to delight even the most discerning of whisky connoisseurs.
