Description:

Caymus Vineyards, a renowned winery located in the heart of Napa Valley, is celebrated for its exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon wines. The California Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the winery\'s dedication to crafting wines with rich, bold flavors and a smooth texture. This wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from various vineyards across California, allowing for a diverse expression of the varietal. The winemaking process includes fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by aging in French oak barrels, which imparts subtle notes of vanilla and spice. The wine exhibits a deep ruby color with aromas of ripe blackberries, cassis, and hints of cocoa. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied experience with well-integrated tannins and a long, velvety finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.
