Chateau Paveil de Luze 2020

Description:

Chateau Paveil de Luze is a historic winery located in the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux, France. Known for its elegant and refined wines, the estate primarily focuses on producing wines from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with smaller amounts of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The growing season showcases the classic characteristics of the region, with a harmonious blend of ripe black fruits, subtle floral notes, and a touch of spice. The wine is aged in French oak barrels, which adds complexity and a smooth tannin structure. It pairs beautifully with roasted meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.
