Ciacci Brunello di Montalcino

Description:

Ciacci Piccolomini d\'Aragona is a renowned winery located in the heart of Tuscany, Italy, known for producing exceptional Brunello di Montalcino wines. The growing season is crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes, sourced from the prestigious Montalcino appellation. This vintage benefited from a favorable growing season, resulting in a wine with a perfect balance of fruit and structure. The wine undergoes traditional fermentation followed by aging in large Slavonian oak barrels, which imparts subtle oak nuances while preserving the vibrant fruit character. On the palate, it offers rich flavors of cherry, plum, and hints of spice, supported by firm tannins and a refreshing acidity. This Brunello di Montalcino pairs beautifully with hearty dishes such as roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses.
