Domaine Faiveley Ladoix Blanc \’Marnes Blanches\’ 2023

Description:

Domaine Faiveley, a renowned Burgundy producer, crafts the Ladoix Blanc \'Marnes Blanches\' with precision and expertise. This wine is made from Chardonnay grapes, sourced from the Ladoix appellation in the Cte de Beaune region of Burgundy, France. The terroir, characterized by its marl and limestone soils, imparts a distinct minerality to the wine. The winemaking process involves careful fermentation and aging in oak barrels, which adds complexity and depth to the wine. The flavor profile is marked by notes of citrus, white flowers, and a hint of vanilla, balanced by a vibrant acidity and a creamy texture. This wine pairs beautifully with seafood dishes, creamy pastas, and soft cheeses.
