Aging Perfection
This exquisite bourbon spent four years in new white American oak barrels, followed by an additional four years in rare French Limousin oak casks. This unique aging process, a first in bourbon history, infuses the spirit with creamy notes of white chocolate, vanilla bean, hazelnut, brown sugar, and mocha. The Limousin oak, known for its tight grain, adds a layer of woody vanilla and sweet candy cacao, culminating in a thick white chocolate finish.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Intense A&W Root Beer and Dublin Dr Pepper
- Palate: Layers of vanilla bean, hazelnut, saltwater taffy, and Hersheys Kisses
- Finish: A silky, adults-only Almond Joy finale with frosty white chocolate and almond butter smoothness
