Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Blonde Aged Rum

Discover the exceptional taste of Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Blonde Aged Rum, crafted by the renowned Ed Hamilton. This premium rum is the perfect base for a classic Jamaican Daiquiri, offering a unique blend of flavors that will elevate your cocktail experience.

Exquisite Craftsmanship

Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Blonde Aged Rum is aged in ex-St Lucian rum barrels, filled with the same base rum as the Pot Still Gold and Black. The rum is diluted to 70% ABV and aged for about 18 months. To enhance its complexity, about 12% of one-year-old light rum from Worthy Park, aged in Jamaica, is added and allowed to marry for another six months. During the final month, the ABV is reduced to about 90 proof before the rum is batched and prepared for bottling. No caramel or sugar is added after distillation, ensuring a pure and authentic rum experience.

Perfect for Cocktails

This blonde rum is ideal for creating a variety of cocktails, especially the Jamaican Daiquiri. Its balanced flavor profile, with hints of tropical fruit and subtle spice, makes it a versatile addition to any home bar. Whether you\'re hosting a party or enjoying a quiet evening, Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Blonde Aged Rum is sure to impress.

Visual Appeal

The bottle design of Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Blonde Aged Rum is as impressive as its contents. The label features a classic and elegant design, reflecting the premium quality of the rum inside. The rich amber color of the rum is visible through the bottle, inviting you to experience its exceptional taste.
