Description:
Crafted Heritage: The Making of New Riff Distilling Bourbon Barrel Kentucky Wild Gin
Discover the unique blend of tradition and innovation with New Riff Distilling\'s Bourbon Barrel Kentucky Wild Gin. This exceptional spirit is crafted with locally foraged Kentucky botanicals, capturing the essence of the Ohio Valley. Twelve botanicals, including European classics like angelica and licorice root, are distilled in a copper pot. Local wild juniper berries and American Spicebush add a distinctive touch, while a hint of goldenrod, Kentucky\'s state flower, enriches the mix. The gin is then aged in fresh bourbon barrels, infusing it with a mellow vanilla oak finish.
