Rosebank 31 Year Old

Description:

DESCRIPTION

The second release in a series of annual, limited-editions from the Rosebank distillery in the Lowlands, bottled by Ian Macleod Distillers (who bought the closed distillery in 2017 and re-opened it in 2024 after extensive renovations). Distilled in 1990 (three years before the distillery closed), matured for 31 years in a combination of refill ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and bottled in 2022. 4,000 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 48.1%.
