Description:

An aromatic Mediterranean white from organically farmed vines near the coast in Baix Peneds. The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and macerated briefly on skins before pressing to stainless steel for fermentation. The wine is then aged in partially filled French oak barrels under a veil of flor for a year, developing savory depth and texture. Bottled without fining, filtering, or added sulfur, it balances lifted aromatics with a nutty, saline complexity and fresh acidity.
