Craftsmanship & Process:
This whiskey begins with a base of unfinished 12-year-old Stranahans. Its finished in a combination of blonde ale and bourbon casks that once held 10-year-old whiskey, adding up to a rich 12-year aging journey. In a second phase, 8-year-old whiskey is matured in blonde ale barrels for 3 more years, then blended with 11-year-old whiskey finished in bourbon barrelseach element adding complexity and finesse. The final blend is cut to proof with water from Eldorado Springs, ensuring purity and clarity in every sip.
Serving Suggestion:
Enjoy neat or on the rocks. For best results, try adding a few drops of water to unlock deeper layers of flavor.
Award-Winning Excellence:
In 2024, Stranahans was honored with Best Distillery in the US and Best American Whiskey at the Las Vegas Global Spirit Awards. This limited release features a special label designed to resemble charred wood, adding a premium visual touch.
